Refund requests for monthly subscription plans must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge or renewal date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund for that billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
Refund requests for annual subscription plans must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date. After this period, refunds are not available for the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
2.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not issued unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
3. One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases, including individual webinar registrations, course access, or standalone digital products, are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded.
If the purchased content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded in full or in significant part, the purchase is considered consumed and a refund will not be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases for which the refund window has expired
- Services or content that have been fully delivered or accessed
- Promotional purchases, discounted bundles, or items obtained through special offers unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Add-on features or upgrades that have been actively used during the billing period

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Unresolved disputes filed without prior contact may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
If a chargeback is initiated and subsequently found to be unwarranted, Domain reserves the right to recover the disputed amount and associated fees.
8. Free Trials
Access provided under a free trial is not subject to this Refund Policy. If you are charged following the conclusion of a free trial period, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, provided the paid service has not been used beyond the trial scope.
