• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its associated systems;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform or related systems;
• Using automated tools, scrapers, bots, or scripts to access, collect, or index any content;
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure;
• Using the platform to send unsolicited communications or spam;
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video recordings, webinar materials, presentations, software, and the overall compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Domain or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence or right is granted to you beyond the limited right to access and use the platform as permitted under these Terms.

5.2 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or share any content through our platform (including comments, questions, or feedback during sessions), you grant Domain a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

6. Webinars and Live Sessions

Our platform facilitates live and pre-recorded educational webinars. The following conditions apply to all sessions:

• Session schedules, speakers, and content are subject to change without prior notice;
• Access to specific sessions may require separate registration or payment;
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any live session due to technical or operational factors;
• Participant behaviour during live sessions must remain respectful and constructive;
• We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session without notice for disruptive behaviour.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Fees

Certain services, sessions, or content on the platform may be offered for a fee. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the designated payment method for the stated amount.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our refund policy communicated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds where services have been fully rendered or where misuse is suspected.

7.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the change.
